You can contact us directly to find out more.

    1. Book your appointment via the link on our homepage. If you are unsure which service best suits your desired goals, please contact us via phone or email prior to making a booking.

    2. We will confirm your appointment request and you will be required to complete a form on our booking system. This form includes your personal details, medical history, current medications and allergies.

    3. Our team may be in contact with you prior to your appointment for further discussion regarding your treatment.

  • Infusions generally take 30-40 minutes based on a 500ml quantity.

We advise leaving availability for up to 1.5 hours in total for your appointment. This allows time for your nurse to go through legalities, set-up time, and any further discussion.

  • Potential side effects of intravenous treatments include bruising, redness, tenderness, swelling or infection at the site of injection.

If you experience any of these side effects, please notify us.

As your safety is our top priority, prior to your infusion - a registered nurse will discuss your medical history with you and run through the potential risks to ensure that it is suitable for you to have an infusion.

If you experience any signs of anaphylaxis after your nurse has left, please report directly to your closest emergency department or call 000.

Your treating nurse will have an EpiPen on hand in the unlikely event of an anaphylactic reaction.

  • The frequency of any service we provide depends on the individual’s needs and health goals. Contact us for more information.

    • If possible, please ensure you are well hydrated prior to your appointment.

    • Ensure you’ve recently eaten a healthy snack.

    • Get comfy - wear a comfortable attire that allow easy access to your arm for your IV insertion, have a blanket close by if you are sensitive to the cold.

    • Enjoy the treatment as you wish. Feel free to have a chat with your friendly nurse, read a book, wear headphones, use your own electronic devices, or lay back and close your eyes.

    • Avoid strenuous activity.

    • Monitor injection site. Minor bruising or tenderness at the site of injection may occur. Apply cool compress if needed to reduce swelling or discomfort. Keep the area clean and dry to prevent infection.

    • Avoid caffeine and alcohol for at least 24 hours after your infusion. These substances can dehydrate you and deplete the vitamins.

  • Vitamins are biologically active, organic compounds that are essential for normal health and growth, synthesized within the body but not sufficient in quantity to meet the demands of target organs or tissues due to disease, age, heredity and stress.

When administered intravenously, vitamins are administered directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive tract which allows for 100% absorption or bioavailability of all nutrients.

When vitamins are consumed orally, we only absorb roughly 30% of the actual vitamin as they must pass through the digestive system and liver, where much of the nutrient content is broken down or lost. The absorption may be even further impacted if there are gut issues at play.
