Welcome to Liquidluxe IV. We appreciate your interest in our mobile IV therapy services. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our services.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with the following terms:

Terms of Treatment:

I understand that I have the right to be informed of the procedure, any alternative I understand that I have the right to be informed of the procedure, any alternative options, and the risks and benefits of IV therapy. Procedures will not be performed until I have the opportunity to give my informed consent, except in the case of an emergency.

My booking acknowledges that:

  1. This procedure involves inserting a needle into the vein and injecting a prescribed
    solution.                          

  2. Alternatives to IV therapy include, but are not limited to, oral supplementation.                  

  3. The potential risks and complications of IV therapy include, but are not limited to:                  

    I. Occasionally: Discomfort, bruising and pain at the injection site.
    II. Rarely: phlebitis/thrombophlebitis, hypervolemia, extravasation, flare reactions, air embolism, cellulitis, infection/sepsis, metabolic disturbances, and injury.
    III. Extremely rarely: Severe allergic reaction, anaphylaxis, cardiac arrest, and death.

                           

Benefits of IV therapy include:                               

  1. Injectables are not affected by stomach, or intestinal absorption disturbances.                  

  2. The total amount of infusion is available to the tissues.                                    

  3. Nutrients are forced into cells by means of a high concentration gradient.                      

  4. Higher doses of nutrients can be given than is possible by oral consumption.                                                       

                       

I am aware that unforeseeable complications could occur, and I do not expect LiquidLuxe IV to anticipate or explain all possible complications. I rely on your LiquidLuxe IV to exercise judgement during the course of my treatment. I understand the risks and benefits of the procedure and have had the opportunity to have all of my questions answered. I understand that I have the right to consent or refuse any proposed treatment at any time.

Pricing Policy

If you are booking online and unsure what infusion would be suitable for you, please ensure you contact our friendly team to avoid disappointment. Some of our nutrients are contraindicated with some medication conditions and medications.

Prices listed are for standard IV vitamin therapy sessions. All fees are subject to change based on your location and specific service requirements.

If you are a first-time client, please note there is a $50 script fee that provides you full access to our vitamins, valid for a 12-month period. Scripting is completed by our AHPRA qualified doctor.

Liquidluxe IV reserves the right to terminate an appointment at any time in the instance of inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour towards any member of the Liquidluxe IV staff, or in any situation where the safety or wellbeing of our staff may be compromised.

Surcharges Apply

For clients located outside of Townsville, additional travel fees may apply. Please contact us directly to confirm travel costs and arrange your appointment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid losing your deposit. In the event of a no-show, or arriving more than 15 minutes late, the deposit will also be forfeited.

Client Medical History and Future Medical Changes

A medical history will be requested prior to your first appointment, this is confidential - please refer to our privacy policy for more information. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your medical information.

Kindly inform the team in advance of your appointment about any medical conditions or allergies you may have, as this information is crucial for ensuring a safe and suitable session. If we arrive for your appointment and any relevant information has not been shared beforehand, a 100% cancellation fee may apply if we are unable to customise a new treatment for you.

If our nurse/s cannot proceed with the scheduled services due to:

a) your existing or past medical history or condition

b) unforeseeable circumstances beyond the nurse’s control after the IV needle has been inserted, you will incur a 100% charge of the infusion cost.

Liquidluxe IV treats’ clients over the age of 18 only.

Group Bookings

A 50% deposit per person is required to secure booking. Please let us know if advance if there are additional people who will be included in the appointment so extra time can be allocated to the booking.

High-Quality Products and IV League Approved:

We are committed to using only high-quality products approved by IV League. Our IV fluids are sourced from reputable suppliers, and all products used meet the standards set by IV League.

AHPRA Registered Professionals

Our treatments are performed by AHPRA Registered Nurses with advanced training and overseen by AHPRA Registered Doctors.

Safe Practice and Administration:

Our services function in accordance with legislation, policy/protocols governing nursing practice in medication administration as per AHPRA guidelines.

Our services comply with WHS and Infection Control requirements, maintaining standard precautions and infection control principles.

Storage and Handling:

All our vitamins that require refrigeration are refrigerated between 2 and 8 degrees, and when taken to a treatment, they adhere to the recommended procedures, with a maximum timeframe of 6 hours without refrigeration.
